Pre-season practice is starting 8 Sept 2009. Practices will be held Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday from 6 to 7:30 in the wrestling room at the High School. This is for all ages and everyone is welcome. Regular season practices will start November 2. I will send out more info as we are still working on details. We'll have Coach John Murphy a recent college wrestler from Michigan State, Coach Bruce Gunning and myself holding these practices.
