2009-2010: Placed first at the U.S. World Team Trials (Council Bluffs, Iowa)
2008-2009: First place finish at the 11th annual David Schultz Memorial Open (Colorado Springs, Colo.); Gold medalist at the ASICS U.S. Senior National Championships (Las Vegas, Nev.); Named to the Winter 2009 All-Academic Team.
2007-2008: Finished third at the World Championships (Baku, Azerbaijan); Placed first at the Pan American Games (Rio De Janeiro, Brazil); Took fifth in the Ion Cornianu Memorial Tournament (Brasov, Romania); Named to the All-Academic Team; Was chosen by USA Wrestling for an unprecedented sixth-time as athlete of the semester; Silver medal at the Dave Schultz Memorial Tournament (Colorado Springs, Colo.)

2004-2005: Captured the gold medal at USA Wrestling's 2005 Greco-Roman University National Wrestling Championships (Evanston, Ill.); Placed fifth at the 2004 University World Championships (Lodz, Poland).
2003-2004: Placed first at USA Wrestling's Greco-Roman University National Championships (Evanston, Ill.); Won the championship title at the New York Athletic Club Christmas Tournament (New York City, N.Y.); Named "Outstanding Wrestler" at the 2003 Sunkist International Open (Tempe, Ariz.) with a dramatic come from behind victory over Glenn Garrison of the U.S. Army in the gold medal finals; Member of the United States University World Team.
Personal: Likes to watch law and cooking shows on television, and cook. Has five siblings. He is a two-time World Team member (2005 and 2006) and hopes to be the best that he can be and live life to the fullest. Wants to run his own wrestling club and teach fifth grade. Born on September 30, 1983.
